SHIPPING
We strive to provide our clientele with an easy, personalized shopping experience. We are happy to provide no cost shipping with code "FREESHIP" for all purchases with a shipping destination within the USA. Purchases shipping elsewhere require that you contact us prior to purchase for a custom shipping quote. We ship once a week and will gladly accommodate special requests for faster shipping, when possible.
We are also pleased to offer local pick up, free of charge! If you are local to our studio, select this option at checkout and we will arrange a suitable pickup time.
RETURNS
While we encourage you to measure your space carefully, look closely at the photos, request more if needed, and ask all questions prior to making a purchase - we understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out.
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. We offer a 7 day return window from delivery of product to you (unless otherwise specified). You must contact us to initiate the return, return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the item must be in transit back to KNOTTED within 7 days of your receiving the item.
We reserve the right to inspect returns for product integrity, and refunds are issued once the product is found to be in good condition with no signs of wear or use. We will communicate with you throughout the process. Please refer to our Terms of Service or reach out to us with any questions at knottedcouture@gmail.com.
We do not warrant the accuracy of the product images displayed on our site - particularly as to color - as we cannot control or determine the accuracy of the color displayed on your computer or other device. All sales are final 7 days after receiving your purchased item(s) unless you have contacted us prior to the end of the specified 7 day return window.
