Tiny Knots are designed by our in-house design team and woven on our looms using our proprietary wool. Our extensive production process is done by hand, from the drawing of the pattern to the final washing. The result is an exemplary combination of value and serviceability. *Cleaning and Care* Wool is extremely durable, sustainable, and easily cleaned. Hand-knotted wool will last a lifetime when cared for properly. Regular vacuuming (without the beater bar, feel free to contact us if you do not know what a beater bar is) is the only regular maintenance needed. Blot spills up as quickly as possible. Soap and water will take care of most anything. Professional rug washing recommended for large spills or pet accidents. Always feel free to contact us for help/discussion!

We strive to provide our clientele with an easy, personalized shopping experience. We are happy to provide no cost shipping with code "FREESHIP" at checkout for all purchases with domestic shipping destinations within the USA. All other destinations require that you contact us prior to purchase for a custom shipping quote.
We ship once a week and will gladly accommodate special requests for faster shipping, when possible.
We are pleased to offer local pickup, free of charge! If you are local to our showroom, select this option at checkout. We will coordinate a suitable pickup time with you.

Return Policy
While we encourage you to measure your space carefully, look closely at the photos, request more if needed, and ask all questions prior to making a purchase - we understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out.
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. We offer a 7 day return window from receipt of purchase (unless otherwise specified). You must contact us to initiate the return, and shipping costs are your responsibility. Returns are inspected for product integrity, and refunds are issued once the product is found to be in good condition with no signs of wear or use.
